We enjoyed connecting with friends and industry partners at the Virginia Maritime Association mixer at Chix Oyster Bar in January.

We always appreciate opportunities to catch up with familiar faces and make new connections with the local maritime community. Thanks to VMA for bringing everyone together!

Members of the CROFTON team, Olga Mileyko, PMP and Kevin Crofton, are proud participants in the Virginia Maritime Association’s Maritime Leadership Certificate Program (MLCP).

Last month, the group spent an inspiring day mixed with learning, industry insight, and team building.

They started the day with a visit to Colonna’s Shipyard in Norfolk, the oldest family-owned and operated private shipyard in the United States.  

From there, the group headed to Push Comedy Theater in Norfolk’s NEON District for an improv session focused on communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in action.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this that strengthen our team and deepen our industry knowledge.

CROFTON had a great time at the Virginia Maritime Association Holiday Party & 2025 Annual Business Meeting, where we connected with friends and celebrated the incredible maritime community that keeps our region moving forward.

We loved seeing so many familiar faces and making new connections while celebrating the work that drives the maritime industry forward. Times like these remind us why relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

We had a great time celebrating the holiday season with our CROFTON team at our annual holiday party. With good food, excellent company, and a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, it was a fun and festive way to wrap up the year together.
