We had a great time celebrating the holiday season with our CROFTON team at our annual holiday party. With good food, excellent company, and a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, it was a fun and festive way to wrap up the year together. CROFTON had a wonderful time at the The Propeller Club, Port of Norfolk Annual Membership Meeting & Holiday Party!

The Club presented an incredible $42,500 in charitable giving to organizations making a difference in our region. It was special to celebrate that impact together with so many partners and friends across the maritime community.

We also congratulate the newly sworn-in board members and thank them for stepping up to serve. Looking forward to another great year ahead!

Last night, we had the privilege of attending Marine Log Magazine’s Top Women in Maritime Awards in New Orleans, a celebration honoring the women who are moving our industry forward.

Each year, Marine Log recognizes 20 exceptional leaders from across the maritime world, representing a wide range of roles, backgrounds, and experiences.

At CROFTON, we’re honored to support and stand alongside the women who make our maritime community stronger. Congratulations to the 2025 honorees, and thank you for inspiring all of us with your leadership and achievements!

Last night, The Propeller Club, Port of Norfolk hosted “Navigating Greatness – Celebrating Women in Maritime” at the Norfolk Yacht and Country Club, featuring an inspiring keynote from Rear Admiral Ann C. Phillips, USN (Ret.).

We enjoyed an evening of networking and conversation, connecting with colleagues and peers across the maritime community.

Congratulations to the Women’s Wavemaker Award recipients: Dr. Elspeth McMahon (Old Dominion University) and Amanda Ahlemeyer Robinson (McAllister Towing). Their leadership, innovation, and enduring impact exemplify the incredible contributions of women in maritime.
