Congratulations to the Crofton team members who recently completed the Underwater Bridge Inspection Course through the National Highway Institute. After completing this course, divers can identify typical underwater defects and deterioration as well as the conditions contributing to rates of deterioration. Additionally, divers learn to assign component and element level condition ratings for underwater components in accordance with NBIS and agency requirements.
