We are excited to announce that Kevin Crofton (Estimator) and Olga Mileyko (Project Manager, PMP) have been accepted into the Virginia Maritime Association’s Maritime Leadership Certificate Program. Kevin, who has been with CROFTON since August 2012, and Olga, who joined the team in August 2020, attended the program’s kickoff event on Thursday, March 19th.
This prestigious program will provide Kevin and Olga with valuable insights and skills to enhance their leadership capabilities in the maritime industry. We are proud of their continued professional growth and look forward to seeing the impact this experience will have on their work at CROFTON!
