Dear Sherry,

I just want to take a few moments of your time to once again thank you for your diligence, and that of your staff, especially your tech Mark. Sometimes we all get so busy we don't allow ourselves the time to thank those who have gone out of their way to help us.

When I was late for the appointment to have the front end done, you squeezed me in. When the vehicle needed a bit more work than originally thought, Mark took the time to show and explain to me what the problem was and what was involved in correcting it properly. When the parts supplier erred, and sent the incorrect parts, you and Mark took the extra time to get it right. Because we were delayed, by the parts, you went out of your way to make sure that my nine year old son, Morgan, was not bored and allowed him to give you a hand.

The 10 year old truck that I drove in, which was handling badly, now tracks as straight as an arrow. I am truly amazed. GOOD WORK GUYS!!

This just goes to show…there are still service people out there that really care about their customers… and I'm glad that I have found some. Until we see each other again, my warmest wishes. We remain,
