Dear Mr. Chapman,

We have been customers of Crofton Automotive for over ten years. We have always been pleased with the service that your employees have been able to provide us to keep our automobiles in good working order.

This letter is to commend your employee Rosko May for service above and beyond over the last six months. Rosko has been very helpful in trouble shooting costly problems in our three current automobiles. He has been extremely helpful and willing to take the time to file extended warranty claims for costly repairs, and even has helped replace tires that did not last the expected amount of time. He has even helped trouble shoot problems with our daughter's car that is currently in the state of Maine where she attends college.

The world would be a much better place if more businesses and people were as customer service oriented as Rosko has helped to make Crofton Automotive. You have a gem of an employee...hang on to him. We are sure that he has helped keep many of your customers as happy and pleased as we are. Keep up the good work and we are sure that you will keep happy customers returning to Crofton Automotive.
